About this project
Neon Mayhem is an actively developed, fan-made open-world driving sandbox set in Costa Rosa, 1986. Explore two islands on foot or by vehicle, steal cars, race rival drivers, complete courier and service jobs, discover stunt jumps, and survive an escalating police response. The browser-based city includes motorcycles, boats, aircraft, weapons, dynamic traffic, a day-and-night cycle, radio stations, missions, touch controls, and locally saved progress.
