Reports and takedowns

DEAD.ARMY is a moderated catalog for independent web projects. Hosted builds are reviewed before publication, and creator-hosted projects should send visitors only to an official HTTPS page controlled or authorized by the creator.

What we do not allow

Do not submit or link to unauthorized copies of games, ROMs, ISOs, APK mirrors, cracks, keygens, DRM-bypass tools, torrent pages, private-server clients, copied assets, misleading ports, or pages that impersonate a developer, publisher, platform, or rights holder.

Report a rights issue

To report copyright, trademark, impersonation, or an unauthorized link, email support@dead.army with enough information for us to locate and evaluate the issue.

• Your name and contact information.
• The DEAD.ARMY project URL and any external launch URL involved.
• A description of the work, mark, or material you believe is being infringed.
• Where the authorized version can be found, if available.
• A statement that you believe the complained-of use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

After you report

We may hide a project, disable a launch link, remove uploaded files, contact the submitting account, preserve moderation records, or request more information. Repeat infringers may lose publishing access.

Counter-notices

If your project was removed and you believe the report was mistaken, email support@dead.army with the project URL, your account email, an explanation of your rights or authorization, and any supporting evidence.

Important note

This page is an operational reporting policy. It does not waive any rights or defenses available to DEAD.ARMY, developers, users, or rights holders.
