Terms of service

DEAD.ARMY is an independent, non-commercial, one-person project. It is not currently operated through a registered company or a separate team. Support and legal notices are handled through support@dead.army.

Using the service

You may browse and launch public projects without an account. Accounts are required to save favorites, rate projects, or publish content. You must provide accurate information and protect access to your account.

Developer submissions

You retain ownership of your projects and submitted content. By submitting content, you grant DEAD.ARMY a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, display, link to, and make it available as needed to operate, moderate, and promote the platform. You confirm that you own or control every submitted asset, build, cover, description, trademark use, and external launch URL, or that you have all required licenses and permissions.

Creator-hosted projects must point to your own official HTTPS browser page or another page you are authorized to use. They may not point to unauthorized copies, ROMs, ISOs, APK mirrors, cracks, keygens, DRM-bypass tools, torrent pages, private-server clients, or pages whose main purpose is distributing games or assets without permission.

Prohibited content

No malware, credential theft, unauthorized cryptomining, illegal material, explicit sexual content, real-money gambling, hate content, harassment, infringement, impersonation, or misleading affiliation with a developer, publisher, platform, or rights holder. DEAD.ARMY may reject, hide, remove, or disable content, preserve moderation records, and suspend accounts.

External websites and security checks

Creator-hosted projects open on external websites controlled by their listed creators or site operators. DEAD.ARMY does not operate those destinations and cannot guarantee their availability, content, ownership, security, or legality.

DEAD.ARMY may use manual review, HTTPS validation, availability checks, redirect checks, content-change signals, and third-party reputation services. These checks are risk signals, not a safety certification. A project may remain visible while its external launch is paused for review.

Copyright and trademark reports

If you believe a project, build, cover, description, external URL, or other material on DEAD.ARMY infringes your rights, send a notice through the process described on our Reports and takedowns page. We review notices, remove or disable access where appropriate, and may terminate repeat infringers.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law. Projects are supplied by independent creators. Creator-hosted projects leave DEAD.ARMY and are controlled by the listed creator or site operator. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
